PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with art. 13 of European Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that RETTIFICHE RESCA S.r.l, having registered office at Via Fratelli Rosselli, 1 – 40012 – Lippo di Calderara di Reno (Bologna), Italy, in its capacity as Data Controller, processes your data (e.g. name, surname, e-mail) into electronic IT systems to answer questions about its products and/or services. While providing your data for this purpose is optional, it is nonetheless necessary for the performance of the contract under art. 6.1.b) of European Regulation 2016/679. Your data, with your prior consent and based on the legal ground as per art. 6.1.a) of European Regulation 2016/679, for sending marketing and advertising information regarding information, marketing and promotional communications concerning the activities and products of RETTIFICHE RESCA S.r.l. (via e-mail, newsletters, text and MMS advertising messages), in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and fairness and with law provisions. Your personal data will be processed manually, electronically and/or via ICT technology using automated systems (e.g. e-mail, fax, text and MMS messages, etc.) and cookies in accordance with the methods set out in articles. 6, 32 of the GDPR and adopting the required appropriate security measures. In order to compare and improve the results of communications, the Data Controller uses systems to send newsletters and promotional communications with reports that will be used for that purpose.

Providing your personal data is always optional. However, failure to provide information marked as “required” will prevent us from answering your questions about our products and/or services. Your data will be stored by the Data Controller and the third-party provider (please enquire with the Data Controller about the provider’s name), processed by properly appointed staff, disclosed to third parties only in the event this becomes necessary to reply to your requests and will not be disseminated. Your data may also be viewed by the company that manages the website, to the extent that it obtains access to them for technical reasons in order to maintain and manage the web server. Your data will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the period of service provision. As the data subject, you have the rights established by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR, including the right to have your data deleted (right to be forgotten), to obtain a restriction of processing, to have your data updated or rectified, to obtain data portability, and to deny consent to the processing of your personal data.

European Regulation no. 2016/679: articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Rights of the data subject

  1. The data subject has the right to obtain a confirmation as to whether personal data concerning him or her exist and the communication of the data in intelligible form.
  2. The data subject has the right to know:
    the source of the personal data;
    the purposes and methods of processing;
    the processing logic adopted if data is processed with the aid of electronic means;
    the identification details of the Data Controller, the Data Processors and the representative appointed pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
    the parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may obtain knowledge of such data in their capacity as appointed representative in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge of data processing.
  3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
    the updating, correction, or if requested, the integration of data;
    the deletion, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that need not be retained for the purposes for which data were collected or subsequently processed;
    evidence that operations in letters a) and b) have been communicated, including the exact content, to those to whom the information was disclosed, unless this requirement proves impossible or requires manifestly disproportionate measures with respect to the protected right;
    data portability.
  4. The data subject has the right to refuse, in full or in part:
    processing of his/her personal data for legitimate reasons, even when they are relevant to the purpose of collection;
    processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct marketing material, or for market research or marketing campaigns.
